Welcome to Namaste Studio

At Namaste Yoga we deeply believe in the ability of every person to transform their consciousness through the practice of yoga. Our studio is a SAFE space for ALL students including: Seniors, Children & LGBTQ, to explore within. You will find the environment spiritually relaxing, warm, well ventilated, peaceful, and quiet. Instructing classes that are designed to be therapeutic whether challenging or gentle. Our studio offers sliding scale payment options $5-$20 per session for regularly scheduled walk in classes. Classes featuring: Hatha, Vinyasa, Therapeutic & Restorative Yoga & Private sessions . We offer workshops to enhance your spiritual journey with enlightened speakers presenting topics relevant to your awakening.

Namaste is an intimate healing space, located at 2 Franklin Square, just one short block from Broadway in Downtown Saratoga Springs and across the street from Spot Coffee. If you are looking for a sustainable and enjoyable practice with a friendly loyal community, then you’ll thoroughly enjoy our classes and our program. We hope to see you in class soon.
