Book A Private Yoga Session

Yoga is a practice that serves Every-Body no matter where you are physically. Private sessions can introduce you to Yoga and all its wonderful benefits creating a personal practice just for you. Or gain from the awareness that yoga brings to your everyday movements by revealing postural misalignments that you re-enforce daily causing pain.  Perhaps you are simply uncomfortable participating in an all levels yoga class or feel you are to stiff to join in a group class.  One-on-one sessions may be your answer. Offered are 75, 90 and 120 minute sessions as well as beginner Yoga packages.

Private group classes are very popular here at Namaste!  Having a bridal shower…girls weekend get-together… family reunion.. that’s just  to name a few? The studio can hold up to 15 students with mats and props supplied for all levels. Also, arrangements can be made to bring yoga to you.
