Book A Private Yoga Session

Yoga is a practice that serves Every-Body no matter where you are physically. Private sessions can introduce you to Yoga and all its wonderful benefits creating a personal practice just for you. Or gain from the awareness that yoga brings to your everyday movements by revealing postural misalignments that you re-enforce daily causing pain.  Perhaps you are simply uncomfortable participating in an all levels yoga class or feel you are to stiff to join in a group class.  One-on-one sessions may be your answer. Offered are 75, 90 and 120 minute sessions as well as beginner Yoga packages.

Private group classes that come to you are very popular.  Having a corporate event…girls weekend get-together… family reunion. Perhaps you’re preparing for a trip that requires greater physical stamina and flexibility…that’s just to name a few. Private classes are crafted for all levels and abilities.
