4 weeks of absolute basics, with an emphasis on how to practice yoga to address issues in the spine. Particularly the lumbar and sacrum area to create an awareness of what works for you by learning what to feel in your body. We discuss how humans move through life everyday creating imbalance; we discover our individual areas of concern and then work with what we feel through movement, to create balance.
The key to health is your breath. You will learn what a healthy breath is, and as a group we will practice 3 focused breathing methods.
Beginners Series 2018 starts on Saturday January 6th 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.
Susan Cuda has taking extensive training’s in yoga and yoga therapeutics that include 200 & 300 hour teacher training’s, children’s’ yoga, restorative yoga,Thai yoga, and certification courses as a Reiki level 2 practitioner. Susan has over 1200 hours of teaching experience.
