Candlelight Yoga is a gentle Hatha yoga class suitable for anyone looking to try yoga or expand their practice at a slow and steady pace in a calm candlelit atmosphere. The pace builds gently warming muscles, opening joints relieving tension in the neck & shoulders allowing you relax and breathe. Nicole helps you to reach inside and target tired and or sore muscle with downward facing dog, upward facing dog, forward folds and plank. Find your equilibrium on Thursday evenings with Nicole. Nicole Campbell is a Certified Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience practicing and teaching. She stepped into her first class at the age of 16 and immediately felt a connection to the practice. Studying under different teachers throughout the years, she slowly began to learn and feel the benefits yoga brought to the mind and body. In 2013 she decided to take her practice a step further and earned her certification to teach through Vibhuti School of Yoga at the Breathing Room Center in Blairstown, New Jersey. She has taught all different levels and groups from children to chair yoga. She enjoys teaching beginners and helping her students develop an understanding of the benefits of yoga.
