Vinyasa Flow Walk-In Class with Erica Nirsberger (Saturday)

Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term often employed to describe a broad range of yoga styles. Vinyasa can be decoded from its root words Nyasa denoting “to place” and vi denoting “in a special way.” It symbolizes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath.

A properly instructed Vinyasa class takes a student through physical movement that is a gradual progression or a step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately invites the body to the next point or step. It is sometimes described as a fluid energetic form of movement connected by the breath, or the union of breath and movement that make up the steps.

Erica teaches a strong class suitable for level 2 & 3.  This class will increase your strength, endurance and balance.
