This class will take you beyond the normal movement range to touch and work each joint, including fingers and toes. Standing postures to ground and feel the earth through your feet. Seated postures that relieve the stress on your sacrum, open the shoulders then move into the rib cage creating space for the breath. Down dog to activate and warm the back body plus strengthen the spine and bring gentle attention to the hamstrings.
