Stretch and Strengthen- This class is truly for all levels. If you seek more flexibility and usually skip stretching in your training this class is for you or if you are wanting to tone up a bit, and relocate your core and other muscles this class is also for you. Expect to feel open and relaxed in this 1 hour.
