Wednesday evening meditation class is open to anyone who is interested in meditation – both brand new beginners as well as those who meditate and desire the added benefit of group meditation.
David is a certified meditation teacher. He assists beginners to find comfort as they start their meditation practice. This allows the first timers to truly understand the benefits that everyone talks about. More experienced folks will enjoy meditating with others in a safe and spiritually nourishing environment.
Chairs are provided as well as floor cushions, blankets and bolsters. Feel free to bring your own props too.
