Recently, I had the opportunity to learn West Coast Swing Dance. Little did I know the class was not for beginners but all the people had been dancing for years. I had to let my body do the dancing, become flexible and listen carefully to the leaders. Susan Cuda taught me so much about my body and how to allow it to be flexible, connected and free to move. If the leader knew what they were doing I looked like I had been dancing for years, it was a magical and fun evening of dance, thank you, Susan, for my new body awareness.
