About Namaste Yoga of Saratoga
Namaste Yoga Saratoga is the only community based sliding scale yoga studio serving Saratoga Springs New York. As teachers and practitioners we believe that the regular practice of yoga can heal mind and body, thus raising awareness and elevating human consciousness globally. We believe in sharing our love for, and knowledge of, this ancient practice that brings peace to our planet and connection to our communities. We believe yoga should be available to everyone. We are asking that you donate what you can (a suggested offering of $5-$20 per class) and all are welcome. Namaste holds donation Yoga classes 2 mornings a week and evening classes are Mon – Fri. Workshops and special events are not included.
