I truly believe self development is one of the greatest gifts that we can give ourselves.  I recently attended a workshop that was set-up by Susan Cuda owner of Namaste Yoga.  Susan runs a beautiful healing yoga center and runs self development workshops on a regular basis.  Karen Carey and Mary Alice Stuart presented the workshop I attended.  They made everyone feel special and own their amazing gifts.  They encouraged us to accept where we were, commit to deciding what we want our life to look like - and create a plan to accomplish our goals.  Everyone was so glad they attended this powerful workshop.  Thank you to Susan for setting up workshops to help people build their confidence to have success in their personal and professional lives.
