Namaste yoga again provided exceptional space for creating special experiences for those who present and attend work/playshops at 2 Franklin Square.
The Sonica Sound Playshop there was amazing for both of us presenting and those who discovered their “voice” in all its meanings. We watched sound and voice create patterns both in solids and from water.
Voice changes with emotional shifts, energy imparted/intended and ingredients added such as homeopathic. Susan Cuda’s marconics showed very positive effect as well as others getting responses from energy sent. Namaste Yoga under the guidance of Susan continues to unfold state of the art futuristic wellness, movement and creative skills for practitioners, participants and those who do classes there. Well done Nameste!
