Functional Movement 6 Week Workshop
What is functional movement? 
I’ve created a movement class that focuses on your discomfort. Simple exercises that build over 6 weeks to bring awareness to your habits with the goal of changing them if you wish. As we move we notice the important relationship between head, spine and pelvis. Are they in alignment? If not, why not? I encourage you to notice your breathing patterns as you move. Does it feel full, easy and comfortable? If not why not? We’ll explore together. Begins Saturday’s 2/22 – 3/29.
Time: 12:15-1:30pm.
Location: 39 Roosevelt Dr Roosevelt Wellness Center inside Spa Park.
